For any return to be eligible, it should come with a return form, the original invoice, and any tags still attached. Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used during purchase. Please note that original shipping charges won’t be refunded. We’re pretty confident you’ll adore our jackets, but just in case you’re not thrilled, we provide a 30-day money-back guarantee. Give it a whirl! Once you slip it on, you won’t want to part with it. However, if it doesn’t meet your expectations the first time around, you can send it back for a full refund of your initial order.
Solvoria accepts returns and exchanges within 30 days of the order shipment date, provided the items are in salable condition – unused, unworn, and unwashed. Please ensure the products are returned with the invoice and all tags attached, in the original packaging materials. Returns usually take around 2 weeks to process.

Returns may take up to 15 business days to process. Once approved, an exchange or refund will be initiated. Please keep in mind that refunds may take 10 to 14 business days to reflect back into your account.
